By making a donation (“Gift”) to the Shrine of Our Lady of Revelation (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to the following terms:
You may designate your Gift to a specific campaign (e.g. “Shrine Maintenance” or “12 Steps Project”).
Undesignated Gifts will be applied where the need is greatest, at our discretion.
All Gifts are tax‑deductible to the extent permitted by Australian law.
We will issue an official receipt via the email address you provide at the time of donation.
By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the amount you specify.
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.
If you choose a recurring (monthly, quarterly) Gift, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on the schedule you select until you cancel.
You may cancel or modify recurring Gifts at any time by contacting us at donations@virginofrevelationaustralia.com.au.
All donations are final and non‑refundable.
If you believe an error has occurred, please contact us within 14 days at donations@virginofrevelationaustralia.com.au, and we will review your request.
We pledge to use your Gifts in a manner consistent with the campaign descriptions and our mission.
We will provide periodic updates on campaign progress via email and on our website.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link to Privacy Policy].
We will not sell or share your data for marketing purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Western Australia.
